Introduction to R Workshop

This 2-day workshop will introduce participants to the basics of using R, a simple programming environment that enables the effective handling of data, while providing excellent graphical support.

During this workshop participants will learn how to use R for:

  • exploring basic data structures
  • inspecting and manipulating data tables
  • making simple plots to visualize data
  • making publication-quality plots with ggplot2

Cost: $75 per participant.

This registration fee includes registration for a one-day Differential Gene Expression Analysis workshop on October 25th.
