Workshop Description:
This 2-day hands-on workshop will instruct participants on how to efficiently manage and analyze data using the command line interface and high-performance computing (HPC), with a focus on the RNA-seq workflow.

During this workshop participants will get an introduction to:

  • UNIX/Linux
  • RNA-seq data analysis workflow
  • Orchestra compute cluster (HMS-RC)

No prior programming experience or command line training is necessary to attend this workshop.

 Cost:  $70 per participant
