Why do so many neuroscience therapy trials fail? There is an urgent need to improve the success of these trials in order to help ease the enormous burden posed by neurological diseases. This spirited 90-minute panel discussion will focus on how the basic nature of neurological disease poses a challenge for developing clinical solutions; GWAS studies and how to do studies correctly; and identifying, prioritizing and validating targets.
