This RNA-Seq analysis workshop introduces basic concepts and illustrates an end-to-end workflow through live tutorials using the Galaxy analytical framework. At the end of this activity, participants will have a good understanding of experimental design for RNA-Seq experiments, and the tools employed in analyzing RNA-Seq data for differential gene expression.
Registration is required - cost is $50.00 per participant.
