Two-Day Program of the Harvard Chan Bioinformatics Core

Workshop Description:
This 2-day workshop (10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. each day) will introduce participants to the basics of using R, a simple programming environment that enables the effective handling of data. During the 2 days, participants will learn how to use R for:
* exploring basic data structures
* inspecting and manipulating data
* making simple plots to visualize data
* making publication-quality plots with ggplot2

Cost:
$75 per participant (non-refundable).
N.B. This workshop is a prerequisite for a free 1-day workshop on "Using R for Differential Gene Expression Analysis" on October 20th.
